




### **Responsibility** Coordinate, control and optimize the processes of commission calculation, validation and payment, ensuring financial accuracy, contractual compliance, regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Coordinate the end\-to\-end commissioning process, from sales capture to payment. Ensure correct application of commercial rules and incentive policies. Ensure commissions reflect valid, activated and invoiced revenue. Manage commissions for direct sales, indirect sales, channels, partners and agents. Governance, Controls and Compliance Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent improper payments. Ensure compliance with commercial contracts, internal policies and regulatory rules (Anatel). Prevent fraud, duplications and calculation errors. Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Integration with Internal Areas Collaborate closely with: Sales and Channels Billing and Revenue Cycle Controller and Accounting IT / Systems (CRM, Billing, ERP/SAP) Translate commercial rules into operational and system-based rules. Systems Management and Automation Coordinate the use and evolution of commissioning systems. Support integrations among CRM, billing systems and ERP. Propose automations to reduce rework and operational risks. Ensure data quality and consistency used in calculations. Team Management Lead, develop and monitor the commissioning analysts team. Define operational goals and development plans.
