Teamwork and effective communication with support to other teams **Mechanical Technician – Department: Engineering/Maintenance Location: (Hospital Area)** **Job Summary:** Perform maintenance on building refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation in accordance with technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems; Conduct inspections and identify equipment faults; Install, replace, and adjust components as required; Ensure safe operation of systems; Prepare maintenance reports; Support other teams and maintain tools and equipment. **Requirements:** Completed high school education plus a technical course in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; Knowledge of air conditioning systems, compressors, pumps, and ventilation; Familiarity with NR-10, NR-12 regulations and maintenance practices. **Desired Competencies:** Fault diagnosis and problem solving; Reading technical diagrams and schematics; Organization and attention to detail; Teamwork and effective communication; Proper use of tools, instruments, and PPE. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary R$3.825,23 + 30% hazard allowance + meal voucher R$ 486.00 + Life Insurance + Total Pass + Tangará Club discount agreement Payment: R$3.825,23 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
