Do you want to be part of something truly great and learn a lot, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **What will you do daily?** --------------------------------- * Monitor all company units according to established procedures; * Maintain attention and judgment throughout your shift to identify as many points of concern across units as possible. * Notify responsible personnel from each department when intervention at the store is required; * Monitor the company’s temperature control system, reporting discrepancies and points of concern requiring action. * Monitor the vehicle tracking system, identifying anomalies and immediately informing managers for appropriate measures; * Monitor the generator system, verifying its full operational status; * Supervise vehicle departures from the distribution center (DC), validating the implemented security protocol to prevent deviations and improper use of company assets; * Monitor maintenance and third-party interventions at company units; * Monitor stores during nighttime hours, overseeing security guards’ work and maintaining constant communication whenever deemed necessary. * Execute monitoring checklists every 60 minutes or as required per item. **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Prior verified experience in CCTV camera monitoring, preferably for at least one year; * Residency near Ribeirão das Neves; * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows; * Commitment to schedules and routines; * Ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail, responsibility, focus, and discipline; * Strong critical thinking: ability to identify behaviors or situations deviating from standard norms; * Capacity to maintain focus over extended periods and follow procedures precisely; * Experience working independently in enclosed environments. **Bonus if you have:** -------------------- * Training in Loss Prevention; **Work schedule:** ------------------------ On-site work on a 12 x 36 shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **What you’ll find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or shuttle service, or fuel voucher; * Meal voucher; * On-site meals; * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * SESC partnership; * University partnerships: discounts of up to 80% at select institutions
