We are looking for a Sales Assistant to handle patient acquisition and relationship management, providing humanized, agile, and consultative service. We seek a communicative, proactive individual with strong negotiation and public interaction skills. Key Responsibilities * Proactively contact potential patients; * Provide service via phone, WhatsApp, and social media; * Present services and clarify inquiries; * Schedule assessments and consultations; * Track leads and conversion opportunities; * Update control systems and spreadsheets; * Conduct post-service follow-up with patients; * Support commercial initiatives and patient acquisition strategies. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in customer service and negotiation; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with service tools. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in telemarketing; * Experience in sales or customer service; * Experience in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare settings.
