**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute, delegate, guide, and supervise the receipt of general materials destined for the warehouse (agricultural equipment parts and other inventory items) to meet customer sales requirements, covering material reception, verification, and forwarding for storage, as well as processing all related documentation for respective controls;
* Execute, delegate, guide, and supervise the monitoring of parts and products in the warehouse regarding their physical integrity and expiration dates (perishable goods);
* Execute, delegate, guide, and supervise the storage of received materials, ensuring orderly and safe storage to enable agile and appropriate fulfillment of requisitions, while properly recording entries and exits for inventory control and traceability;
* Execute, delegate, guide, and supervise product dispatch according to workshop requisitions, inter-branch transfers, and invoiced sales orders, observing compliance with invoices/requisitions, packaging, identification, cargo loading, and stock control updates;
* Request missing parts from branches or suppliers to serve customers (counter or workshop);
* Ensure operational safety during inventory handling, guide and train subordinates to continuously improve performance, participate in personnel management processes (recruitment, transfers, promotions, and dismissals), and maintain order, cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the area;
* Annually organize the physical inventory count, verifying stock quantities against documented records for control, accounting result analysis, and correction;
* Execute, distribute, guide, and supervise daily stock verifications to mitigate potential stock errors arising from prior movements, as well as monitor/execute all procedures to resolve identified discrepancies;
* Coordinate with the Commercial Department on product dispatch to prepare the area for prompt response to customer needs or internal procedures—including availability of space and workforce to achieve this objective;
* Execute/monitor other warehouse routines: Forklift maintenance; Inventory surplus/shortage cases (with suppliers); Purchasing requests for warehouse supplies; Physical environment management (infrastructure improvements); Suggest training initiatives to enhance the warehouse staff’s capabilities; Monitor the integrity of departmental vehicles; Perform other duties related to the position, at the supervisor’s discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Warehouse/Inventory Supervision or Management.
* Knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system and JDM parts/products is a competitive advantage (desirable).
* Full Microsoft Office Suite **(Intermediate Excel).**
* Valid Driver’s License **(Category B).**
