Interface with suppliers and internal departments **Responsibilities:** * Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and supplies. * Control inventories by conducting periodic counts and reconciling discrepancies. * Generate stock reports to ensure material availability for production teams. * Organize the warehouse, maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment. * Interface with suppliers and other departments to meet demand. * Identify and report material losses, damages, or excesses. * Support fiscal document management (incoming invoices). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in logistics, administration, or related fields is a plus). * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics (preferably in an industrial setting). * Knowledge of inventory control systems and spreadsheets (intermediate Excel).
