Job Summary: This position supports coil preparation and assembly, working collaboratively with operators and assemblers to ensure production targets and process quality are met. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to the quality and efficiency of the production process **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in coil preparation and assembly activities following technical instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with operators and assemblers to provide necessary support to the production process and contribute to achieving production targets. * Support material and component preparation for coil manufacturing, such as wires, cables, insulators, and accessories, in accordance with technical specifications. * Assist in coil assembly by performing supportive tasks including material positioning, part fixation, tape and insulator application, and component organization during the process. * Perform cleaning, identification, and material and parts handling within the production area using appropriate tools and equipment. * Assist in visual inspection of components and coils, reporting irregularities, damages, or deviations to production supervisors. * Strictly comply with operational procedures and work instructions, contributing to production process quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with the team in final assembly and testing activities when required, always under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
