Promotes continuous learning and sustainable results ### **Responsibilities** We have an opportunity for an Agile Practitioner at Algar in Uberlândia/MG. This professional will be responsible for accelerating organizational evolution by enhancing the value chain flow across departments, promoting continuous learning, and delivering sustainable results through work models aligned with context. Will serve as a key enabler of digital and cultural transformation, helping align institutional objectives with cutting-edge agile methodologies. ### **Education** Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. Degree in Software Engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Engineering. ### **Additional Requirements** Professional background in organizational transformation frameworks (Kanban, Lean, Scrum, DevOps, Design Thinking, among others); Desirable qualifications: KMP, Management 3\.0, PSM/CSM certifications, experience with Jira, Miro, Trello, and OKR methodology. Experience in Business Agility. ### **Behavioral Competencies** Leadership and motivation skills. Excellent interpersonal communication. Ability to adapt to change. Focus on problem-solving and innovation. ### **Technical Competencies** Knowledge of agile frameworks. Meeting facilitation skills. Experience with agile management tools. Ability to mentor teams in agile practices. ### **Required Experience** Project management; Ability to lead and empower teams; Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, DevOps, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking, Team Building, Lean Inception, OKR metrics, KPIs, and other methodologies; Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Miro is a plus; Previous experience in Agile Transformation projects (Change Management) is desirable; ### **Other Courses and Certifications** Desirable certifications: KMP, PSPO I, CSM/PSM, ICP\-ACC, ICP\-ATF. Systems thinking, complex systems. Intermediate to advanced English for reading articles and reports, and interacting with international partners. ### **Role Overview** Responsible for providing agile guidance to teams. Facilitate and mentor in agile ceremonies. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.
