Job Summary: Responsible for the installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of optical fiber and metallic circuits, handling of work order dispatch systems and testing instruments. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of optical fiber/metallic circuits 2. Customer service for corporate clients and individuals 3. Handling of work order dispatch systems and testing instruments ### **Responsibilities** Perform preventive and corrective installation and maintenance on customer circuits (Optical Fiber/Metallic), * Handle and interact with the work order dispatch system (TOA/SOM), * Record and control materials used at customer sites, * Ensure cleanliness and preservation of sites, * Perform laying and removal of optical, metallic, and coaxial cables; * Drive the vehicle in accordance with the company's safety regulations, * Handle testing instruments (Power Meter), * Implement workplace signage using PPE and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per the company's occupational safety standards. ### **Education** Completed High School ### **Additional Requirements** Driver's License Category B ### **Behavioral Competencies** Willingness to travel Flexibility in working hours ### **Job Overview** RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OPTICAL BROADBAND, XDSL, AND STFC PRODUCTS. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS, MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (MSEs), AND INDIVIDUALS.
