We seek a proactive professional with leadership vision, results orientation, and customer focus. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring the technical and commercial functioning of the unit; * Serve as the technical representative before Anvisa and CRF; * Lead team management: motivation, scheduling, training, and development; * Ensure compliance with all legal, sanitary, and good dispensing practice requirements; * Monitor medication inventories, orders, stock counts, and expiration dates; * Track store performance indicators and propose improvements; * Directly provide customer service and support sales when necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Pharmacy**; * Active registration with **CRF**; * Knowledge of health legislation, controlled medication management, and pharmaceutical services; * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in leadership, goal setting, and performance metrics; * Proficiency in management tools (Excel, reports, pharmacy systems); * Experience with health audits and team training.
