Teamwork under the supervision of nutritionists **Benefits:** * Salary: R$2\.326,87 * Food basket: R$260.00 * Work schedule: 12x36 Night Shift \- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Meals at the company; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Pharmacy card. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general kitchen activities under the supervision of the Manager Nutritionist and Technical Nutritionist, including pre\-preparation and preparation of side dishes, proteins, desserts, and all menu items; prepare meals according to the daily menu, controlling quality, taste, and appearance of dishes; monitor meal distribution, ensuring meals are served within established standards; maintain workplace hygiene by applying correct food handling and preservation methods, as well as cleaning kitchen and restaurant equipment, utensils, and facilities. **Prerequisites:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial kitchen operations.
