Job Summary: General services professional to work on civil construction projects, assisting across multiple areas including masonry, carpentry, electrical work, and equipment maintenance. Assistance across various specialties **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Demolish concrete, masonry, and other structures; * Assist in masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting activities; * Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil; * Perform site cleaning tasks; * Perform manual pruning and weeding; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures; * Assist in environmental activities; * Assist skilled workers in other tasks; * Perform maintenance, including cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing mechanical defects; * Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials; * Perform basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and arrange for additional maintenance, reporting failures and requesting necessary repairs; * Assist in loading, unloading, and delivering goods; * Assist in preparing materials to be processed or used on-site; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the workplace, vehicles, machinery, and tools under one's responsibility; * Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards established by the Company; * Follow processes and other mechanisms required for compliance with the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS); * Ensure the health, safety, and environmental management system complies with applicable requirements **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Incomplete Elementary Education; High School Education preferred (literacy and numeracy skills) * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing activities * Experience in environmental activities, carpentry, masonry, and painting * Prior experience in civil construction or maintenance projects preferred * Elementary and High School Education preferred; * Previous experience in similar roles.
