Physical fitness for operational and external work **Position: Maintenance Assistant – Highways / Toll Systems** **Company:** ZF Manutenções **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** On the road (Itinerant work on highways and toll plazas) Job Description ZF Manutenções is seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to provide direct support to our technical field teams. The professional will assist in executing road infrastructure services, installing toll systems, and performing general maintenance on highways. We seek a proactive individual with physical stamina and enthusiasm for working outdoors. Responsibilities and Duties * **Technical Support:** Assist technicians in installing and maintaining signs, sensors, and toll equipment; * **Infrastructure:** Support assembly of gantries (Free Flow), routing of structured cabling, and equipment mounting; * **Field Logistics:** Organize tools, materials, and equipment in the vehicle and at the job site; * **Signage and Safety:** Assist in setting up workplace safety signage (cones, signs) to ensure team safety in highway environments; * **General Maintenance:** Perform operational support tasks, such as minor civil or electrical repairs under technical supervision. Requirements * **Full availability for travel**; * **Valid driver's license** (mandatory for company vehicle operation); * Good physical fitness for operational work and exposure to outdoor environments; * Commitment to occupational safety standards (PPEs and signage); * NR-10 or NR-35 certification preferred (will be considered an advantage). Additional Information * **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT; * **Hazard Pay:** Provided per applicable legislation; * Overtime paid according to operational needs.
