Job Summary: The Procurement Analyst will support the procurement department, prepare quotations, negotiate products to secure optimal terms, and maintain an up-to-date supplier database. Monitoring of reports and sourcing of new suppliers. A Food Company is hiring a Procurement Analyst in Uberaba. Sominas is a Brazilian company specialized in the production and commercialization of products and services for the mining sector. Focused on innovation and sustainability, the company strives to meet market needs with quality and efficiency. **What will you do in this role?:** Provide support to the procurement department. Prepare quotations for materials and supplies. Negotiate products to achieve optimal conditions regarding pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules, in accordance with departmental requests and industrial requirements. Register suppliers and materials in the system, ensuring that all records remain current. Enter purchase orders into the system according to company standards. Assess inventory replenishment needs. Complete spreadsheets for cost control and calculation. Analyze prices and plan delivery timelines. Monitor incoming invoices to track pricing. Conduct follow-up on deliveries, overseeing the entire process until all negotiated terms are fulfilled. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers. Develop and monitor reports for supplier performance analysis. Assist in identifying new suppliers and maintaining existing ones.
