Sominas is a Brazilian company specializing in the production and commercialization of products and services for the mining sector. Focused on innovation and sustainability, the company strives to meet market needs with quality and efficiency. **What will you do in this role?:** Support the procurement department. Conduct quotations for materials and supplies. Negotiate products to secure optimal conditions regarding pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines, aligned with departmental requests and industrial needs. Register suppliers and materials in the system, ensuring that all records remain up to date. Enter purchases into the system according to company standards. Assess inventory replenishment needs. Complete spreadsheets for cost control and calculation. Analyze prices and plan delivery timelines. Monitor incoming invoices to track pricing. Perform follow-up on deliveries, overseeing the entire process until all negotiated conditions are fulfilled. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and service providers. Develop and monitor reports for supplier performance analysis. Assist in identifying new suppliers and maintaining existing ones.
