**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We are seeking a proactive professional with an analytical mindset and results focus, to perform technical visits, project follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives with our customers. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** 1\. **Conduct** preventive technical visits according to schedule, and corrective and development visits as requested by the customer, sales or industrial team, **in order to** ensure efficiency of the production process; 2\. **Identify** opportunities for improvement during all visits performed, **ensuring** functional activity quality; 3\. **Record** visits through standard reports and **distribute** them to responsible parties for appropriate action, guaranteeing information reliability; 4\. **Carry out** follow-ups on new projects, when necessary, with customers and within our own production, **ensuring** productivity; 5\. **Document** non-conformities identified during visits using the FNC (Non-Conformity Form), identifying them in the technical visit report, **ensuring** functional activity quality; 6\. **Negotiate** with customers, when necessary, the handling of non-conforming material, **so that** functional activities do not suffer variation; 7\. **Participate** in meetings **to** discuss action plans according to customer requests, when required; 8\. **Work** closely with the packaging development team to contribute to new projects and/or necessary corrections, **ensuring** product quality and customer satisfaction; 9\. **Comply** with Integrated Quality Management procedures, **to** ensure continuous process improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in Office software; * Experience in development, negotiation and customer service will be considered a plus; * Availability for travel and valid driver's license (category B). **Additional information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 62 paper mills.
