Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for leading technical fronts from conception to implementation, conducting studies and ensuring compliance with standards for safety and productivity. A collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Project Engineering (Paper) team at the Uberaba Unit**, responsible for leading technical fronts from conception to implementation. This includes conducting studies, sizing, scoping, technical analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and engineering standards—directly contributing to safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop and lead engineering projects from conception through implementation. * Design improvement projects to optimize consumption, operability, and safety. * Create solutions in compliance with NRs, ensuring legal compliance and operational safety. * Produce technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documents (AutoCAD/3D). * Support teams and suppliers during project execution, ensuring scope, safety, and deadlines. * Develop and monitor execution schedules. * Manage CAPEX schedules and reports, maintaining up-to-date documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in industrial projects, technical design, and engineering documentation. * Expertise in technical standards (NRs and NBRs). * Knowledge of SAP. * Experience with continuous improvement, operational efficiency, or Lean methodologies.
