Promotion of an inclusive and collaborative culture **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to work onsite at our Uberaba/MG unit as a strategic business partner responsible for selecting, developing, and engaging employees; supporting leadership in performance and talent management; and promoting initiatives and projects that strengthen organizational culture, workplace climate, and internal capability building—aligning people with business needs and driving growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Monitor employee performance, identifying development opportunities; * Promote an inclusive and collaborative organizational culture, encouraging diversity and teamwork. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support people management decisions. * Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and workshops—assessing departmental needs, developing materials or seeking partnerships—and tracking delivered training. * Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment between competencies and the company’s strategic needs. * Collaborate with managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development; * Facilitate feedback and performance evaluation processes, fostering an environment that values continuous growth and development. * Participate in corporate projects and initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices align with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license and availability to drive. * Mandatory experience in HR Department (DHO). * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration is desirable. * Familiarity with agile tools—such as ERP systems, Recruitment & Selection (ReS) platforms, and HR management systems—is desirable. **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 62 paper mills.
