The professional will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving inquiries, registering requests, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. They will act as the liaison between customers and internal departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** 1. Provide customer service through various communication channels; 2. Identify customer needs and offer prompt and effective solutions; 3. Track and resolve pending issues, ensuring timely follow-up within established deadlines; 4. Develop and monitor customer service metrics (SLA, NPS, CSAT, Average Handling Time); 5. Conduct critical sales analyses and provide logistical support to customers; 6.
