




Job Overview: **Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and technically coordinate maintenance services for mining equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding, lubrication, electrical and electronic systems, automation, and others, in compliance with safety and environmental regulations, following procedures established by each equipment manufacturer; * Develop and/or revise maintenance operational procedures (standards and work instructions), in compliance with safety and environmental regulations, following procedures established by each equipment manufacturer; * Perform corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, rolling stock, and facilities, optimizing resources to support safety, quality, and cost objectives and targets; * Test, analyze failures, assess the mechanical, electrical, and structural operational condition of equipment, issue technical reports, propose solutions, and implement deviation control actions in accordance with safety and environmental regulations, following procedures established by equipment manufacturers; * Guide and facilitate cleaning and preservation of facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure personal and equipment safety and meet environmental requirements; * Interact with various computerized systems to ensure data updates and maintenance control; * Guide and technically develop the team. Responsibilities and Qualifications: **Experience:** * Experience in mechanical maintenance of mobile equipment such as Hyster, Kalmar, Bobcat, Hangcha forklifts; Valtra tractors; and highway trucks; * Knowledge of performance indicators and maintenance processes; * Experience in diagnosing and analyzing equipment failures; * Technical knowledge of lubrication, electrical, and hydraulic processes; * Ability to interpret diagrams and technical manuals; * Knowledge of fault-tracking systems (communicators and diagnostic devices); * Knowledge of Oracle system; * Brazilian National Driver’s License – CNH Class B. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Technical English; * Knowledge and application of quality tools: 5S, 5W2H, Kaizen, Ishikawa Diagram; * Experience applying occupational safety tools; * Brazilian National Driver’s License – CNH Class D. **Education:** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields, with active registration at the Federal Council of Technological Education (CFT). *Persons with Disabilities (PwD) interested in this opportunity must attach a medical report during registration.* Location Profile: We are the world’s leading aluminum rolled products and recycling company.
