Main responsibilities:* Serve customers by providing requested information and relaying received information; * Receive and provide support services to customers and visitors regarding merchandise exchanges, invoice issuance, registrations, and other customer needs; * Process payments for purchases, bank slips, and other financial instruments; * Carefully monitor product scanning and passage—including bundled items—observing shopping carts passing in front of the cash register, items held by customers, children, and baby strollers, ensuring they are truly empty; * Ensure compliance with company policies regarding acceptance of checks and foreign currency; * Maintain discretion in any irregular situation and request the presence of a Cashier Supervisor to implement necessary measures; * Handle, label, and identify products with date, tare weight, temperature, nutritional information, and price, keeping them updated per company standards, health, and safety regulations; * Transport products and place them on shelves and counters according to store layout; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor.
