We are seeking a professional to work as a Senior Financial Analyst **(temporary opportunity for 6 months)**, assigned to a leading U.S.-based multinational company in agricultural infrastructure and technology, located in Uberaba/MG. Join our team and accelerate your career with us! **Key responsibilities:** * Ensure efficiency in the payment collection process, guaranteeing adherence to company financial deadlines and policies. * Monitor and track customer receipts. * Perform daily reconciliations between ERP and banks. * Record, control, and reconcile received payments. * Prepare reports and analyses of accounts receivable. * Negotiate payment terms, agreements, and conditions with customers. * Maintain close relationships with customers, seeking effective solutions for financial matters. * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Legal, and other areas involved in the financial flow. * Perform related tasks as required by the department. **Receivables Management:** * Control of invoiced items and outstanding amounts. * Monitoring of due dates. * Reconciliation of received payments. * Bank clearance and identification of credits. **Collections and Delinquency Management:** * Conduct preventive and corrective collections. * Monitor portfolio aging. * Manage delinquent customers. * Refer cases to Legal or Credit Recovery, when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in finance or controller roles; experience focused on Accounts Receivable is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills. * Behavioral competencies: analytical and organized profile, strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, interpersonal relationship skills, and interest in working in an operational and dynamic environment.
