We are looking for a welcoming, proactive Concierge with sparkle in their eyes to provide an impeccable experience to patients at a high-performance plastic surgery clinic. You will be responsible for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients throughout their entire journey, ensuring that every detail reflects care, attention, and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves serving others, delivering excellence in service, and caring for people. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide in-person service with friendliness, active listening, and empathy. * Receive patients elegantly, offering coffee, water, and comfort upon arrival. * Ensure an organized, punctual reception with premium service standards. * Support internal clinic operations by accompanying patients through consultation, pre- and post-operative stages. * Organize materials and assist the clinical team with simple tasks and basic guidance. * Maintain ethical, discreet, attentive, and helpful conduct at all times. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service (preferably in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare settings). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proficiency with technology, scheduling systems, and business WhatsApp. * Professional demeanor, appropriate appearance, and strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Technical training in Nursing**. * Experience in aesthetic, dermatological, or dental clinics. * Experience with premium reception routines and patient flow management.
