




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the flow of people, vehicles, and goods; controlling access; monitoring security; and safeguarding assets across various environments. Organizing the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods in residential and commercial condominiums, companies, industries, and public and private institutions; controlling access by identifying, registering, and authorizing entry only for duly authorized individuals in accordance with company or condominium regulations and guidelines; receiving visitors, service providers, and suppliers; verifying identification documents; performing registrations; and, when necessary, contacting internal responsible parties for authorization. Monitoring movement via security cameras; safeguarding asset integrity by verifying proper closure of doors and gates; reporting irregularities; and requesting assistance when needed. Receiving correspondence and packages and delivering them correctly to recipients; providing basic information to visitors and residents; maintaining a professional demeanor—courteous, attentive, agile, discreet, and possessing strong communication skills—as this role involves direct interaction with the public.
