Our mission is to transform the care experience through committed teams, innovation, and respect for people. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and dispense medications according to established prescriptions and schedules. * Verify validated prescriptions, select, identify, and properly package medications. * Fractionate medications according to internal protocols, ensuring traceability. * Organize and store medications according to required conditions and classifications. * Fulfill requests from clinical units by selecting and delivering medications and supplies. * Assist in inventory control, monitoring product expiration dates and reporting items nearing expiration. * Record movements, consumption, losses, and other pharmacy-related controls. * Support pharmacists in departmental operational routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Pharmacy. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant. * Knowledge of medications and their presentations. * Basic understanding of medication fractionation, identification, and traceability. * Proficiency in computer use and information systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility pharmacies. * Familiarity with pharmaceutical management systems.
