### **We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team across its three shifts, responsible for planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, cost management, maintenance indicators and area routines, as well as playing a strategic role in ensuring asset reliability, safety, quality and operational continuity—especially during harvest periods or demand peaks.** ### **Requirements** ### **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.** ### **Experience in sugar mills or grain processing industries.** ### **Practical and integrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, team management, and maintenance performance indicators.** ### **Experience with planning, activity prioritization, and cost control.** ### **Flexibility regarding working hours.** ### **Willingness to relocate or reside in Dumont - SP.** ### **Work modality:** **100% on-site in Dumont - SP.** ### **Working hours:** **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00–5:00 PM.** ### **Employment type:** **CLT + attractive benefits.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
