We are building our Distribution Center (DC) in Extrema – MG and seeking an Operations Front Leader to directly execute and monitor daily operational routines. This person will be responsible for leading the operational team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and compliance with operational SLAs. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead the operational team in daily DC routines; * Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA targets and metrics; * Ensure correct execution of operational processes; * Assign tasks and manage operational workflow; * Address operational problems and handle deviations; * Ensure operational organization, safety, and discipline; * Support team training and development; * Interface with supervision and coordination to align operational priorities; * Monitor absenteeism, performance, and adherence to processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in logistics operations, warehousing, e-commerce, or distribution centers; * Experience leading operational teams; * Basic knowledge of operational metrics; * Hands-on profile, organized, with strong communication skills; * Availability for on-site work in Extrema – MG. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in high-volume operations; * Familiarity with WMS and logistics systems; * Experience in fulfillment or e-commerce operations. **Expected Profile** ------------------- We seek a person with an owner’s mindset, operational energy, strong execution capability, and results focus—someone who can engage the team and sustain operational pace with quality and efficiency.
