




**01 VACANCY INDUSTRIAL MANUAL WORKER – UBERABA** * City: Uberaba (MG) * Company \| Segment: Industry (Industrial District) * Location: Industrial District * Number of vacancies: 01 (One) * Education: Complete Elementary School * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.923,26 * Hazardous Duty Allowance: 30% (R$ 568,96\) * Benefits: Food Ticket (R$ 500.00\), Individual Health Plan * Transportation: Van (Home x Work x Home) * Contract: CLT * Workload: 44 hours per week * **WORK SCHEDULE:** 5 x 2 (Shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. \| 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. \| 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) (Monday through Friday, does not work on Saturdays and Sundays). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years** **MANUAL LABORER (Proven in Work Card)** * Perform loading, unloading, handling, and organization of materials, parts, or products in internal and external areas. * Assist in general operational support services, such as yard cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and preparation of work areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES \| DUTIES:** * Sorting and separation of materials – Identify, classify, and separate recyclable waste, rejects, and contaminated materials, following technical and biosafety standards. * Internal handling and transportation – Load, unload, and organize bags, boxes, and waste containers, using support equipment (carts, pallet jacks, PPE) to prevent accidents. * Hygiene and decontamination – Perform cleaning and disinfection of work areas, tools, and equipment, ensuring safe conditions and preventing the spread of harmful agents. * Packaging and storage – Properly package waste in appropriate containers, complying with environmental and sanitary regulations for subsequent disposal. * Compliance with safety regulations – Strictly follow safety protocols, use PPE (gloves, boots, mask, apron, goggles), and report risks or hazardous situations to supervision. * Furnace feeding – Properly load raw materials or parts into the furnace, ensuring correct and safe distribution. * Thermal process monitoring – Assist in checking temperatures, heating times, and overall furnace operation, following instructions from the responsible operator. * Removal and cooling of materials – Remove products or parts from the furnace after the cycle, organizing them in specific locations for cooling and further processing. * Cleaning and organizing the area – Clean the furnace (when turned off and safe), tools, and workspace, maintaining the environment in proper operating conditions. * Compliance with safety regulations – Correctly use PPE (thermal gloves, boots, mask, protective glasses, flame-resistant uniform), and follow procedures to prevent burns, fires, or accidents. Operate incineration furnaces, ensuring that temperature and time parameters are maintained according to technical standards. 2\. Feed solid and hospital waste into the furnace, following safety and hygiene procedures. 3\. Monitor the combustion process through control panels and visual inspections. 4\. Control atmospheric emissions, ensuring levels remain within legal environmental limits. 5\. Perform cleaning and removal of ashes and slag resulting from the incineration process. 6\. Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage, preventing accidents and exposure to harmful agents. 7\. Record operational data (temperature, fuel consumption, volume of waste processed, etc.) in daily reports. 8\. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of furnace equipment by identifying anomalies. 9\. Follow environmental protocols, ensuring proper treatment of waste generated by the process. 10\.
