### **Job Description – Facilities Supervisor** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with break according to schedule **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor operational facilities routines in the assigned region; * Coordinate operational teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, procedures, and quality standards; * Conduct technical inspections, control of materials, equipment, and services; * Act as the main point of contact between clients, employees, and the company; * Prepare operational and administrative reports; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor legislation; * Support processes related to staff replacement, position coverage, and operational relocations. **Requirements** * Proven experience in facilities management or operational supervision; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B); * Willingness to travel; * Must reside in Francisco Beltrão, Pato Branco, Dois Vizinhos, or nearby locations. **Compensation** * Salary: R$ 2.807,00 * Bonus: R$ 280,00 **Benefits** * Food Allowance: R$ 59,00 * Meal Voucher: R$ 746,00 Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
