Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate teams of electro-electronic maintenance technicians (Levels I, II, and III), assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities; * Monitor and validate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on systems including: Variable Message Signs (VMS); Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems; Traffic controllers and traffic signals; Weighbridges and weighing systems; Toll collection equipment; Communication and automation systems; Sensors and electronic instruments installed along the highway; * Plan maintenance routines and develop monthly/semi-annual schedules; * Track maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, critical failures, backlog); * Ensure execution of the maintenance plan aligned with industry best practices and technical standards; * Assess needs for system/equipment upgrades, replacements, and modernization; * Train, guide, and provide technical development for team members; * Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies; * Manage inventories of spare parts, components, and tools; * Request material purchases and perform technical acceptance of deliveries; * Monitor supplier contracts, service providers, and technology companies to ensure quality and timeliness; * Review technical reports, work orders, and inspection reports issued by the team; * Maintain up-to-date records and ensure accurate data entry into maintenance management systems (CMMS); * Prepare management reports, failure analyses, and action plans; * Coordinate responses to critical failures impacting highway operations—especially those affecting safety and mobility systems; * Serve as a point of support to the Operational Control Center (OCC) during incidents involving electronic systems.
