If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team driven by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative support for the tax department’s routines, assisting in reviewing, recording, and organizing tax documents; fulfilling ancillary obligations; and supporting tax calculations, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal company policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and record incoming and outgoing invoices in the ERP system, verifying taxes and other mandatory data; * Support calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, etc.); * Organize and maintain physical and digital archives of tax documents; * Assist in generating and submitting ancillary obligations such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DIME, GIA, among others; * Monitor tax withholding obligations (ISS, IRRF, INSS, etc.); * Support responses to tax audits and inspections by preparing and organizing requested documents; * Keep supplier and product tax registrations updated; * Support other departmental routines as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Prior experience in tax and administrative routines, preferably within infrastructure, transportation, civil construction, or highway concession companies. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Standard business hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Together, they control the Way-112, Way-306 (Mato Grosso do Sul), Way-262 (Minas Gerais), Way-153 (between Minas Gerais and Goiás), and Way-364 (between Goiás and Mato Grosso) concessionaires. Way-153, between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Banco Itaú, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The Eastern MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR-262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 concession segment beginning at km 360+100—the junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—the junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways spanning Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concession segment begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – BR-364 MT Highway Concessionaire S.A., a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. This federal concession project covers parts of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—key routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
