An organized, detail-oriented professional capable of performing administrative tasks with a focus on document management. Responsible for ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation related to HR and Payroll processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in both physical and digital archiving, as well as meeting legal and client requirements.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform physical and digital document archiving.
* Maintain communication with HR and Payroll departments regarding document management.
* Prepare and submit documentation for initial and cross-functional employee onboarding.
* Update documents in internal systems and client platforms.
* Serve as the point of contact for document-related requests from the Legal department.
* Support the completion and archiving of onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Verify the compliance of onboarding dossiers according to internal standards and job site requirements.

**Desired Qualifications**
* Experience: Administrative routines, document control and archiving (minimum 6 months).
* Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (in Administration, HR, Occupational Safety, or Law).
* Technical Knowledge.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
* Document management and HR systems (preferred).
