The professional will be responsible for prospecting clients, presenting products/services, negotiating and closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of established targets. **Responsibilities:** * Making outbound calls (prospecting new customers) * Handling customer calls * Presenting and demonstrating products/services * Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales * Recording information in the system (CRM) * Managing customer portfolio and conducting after-sales follow-up * Meeting individual and team goals **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales or telemarketing (preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications:** * CRM experience * Experience in telephone-based sales * Courses in commercial areas or customer service **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: BRL 1735.00+ plus commission (5% to 20%) * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance: BRL 300.00 * Performance bonuses **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (08:00 to 18:00), with a 2-hour break * Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 * No work on holidays.
