Work in the Operations area performing **loading, dispatching, and truck traffic control** activities, ensuring organization, safety, and continuity of the operational process. **Main responsibilities:** * **Manage the truck queue in the yard** and guide proper positioning for loading. * Perform **sealing of tarpaulins and inspect vehicle conditions** using checklists. * **Direct trucks** to the scale and monitor the weighing process. * Maintain vehicle supply for operations, **ensuring continuous flow of vehicle entry and exit**. * **Record incidents and provide support** to drivers during the loading process. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts and in operational environments; **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or cargo terminals.
