Job Summary:
The professional will operate the scale, verify and record weights, issue weighing tickets and invoices, verify documents, handle and direct phone calls and visitors, and control access.

Working Hours (including shift schedules and days off): Two shifts
1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (break from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Responsibilities: Operate the scale, verify and record truck and cargo weights, issue weight tickets, and forward them internally for further procedures and internal processes.
Weigh trucks for manufacturing or transportation processes, verify the corresponding invoice and internal document, ensuring information accuracy.
Issue invoices for grain intake for storage or for loading corn and soybean meal destined for the cooperative's feed mills, ensuring correct information for document issuance.
Receive and route external calls to requested departments and colleagues.
Provide service to cooperative members, producers, drivers, and visitors, directing them to requested locations; control entry and exit of people and vehicles, opening the gate.
Archive invoices according to unloading dates.
REQUIREMENTS:
Completed high school education
Experience with scales
Invoice control
Basic computer skills
Flexible availability for working hours
