




**Job Responsibilities:** Conduct and oversee Occupational Health and Safety training; Manage the distribution and control of PPE and uniforms for employees through recordkeeping; Monitor employee activities, providing guidance on preventive safety measures; Identify hazards and risks inherent to job activities. Monitor and implement the PCMSO (Occupational Medical Control and Health Program), PCA (Hearing Conservation Program), and PGR (Risk Management Program); Record and prepare CAT (Work Accident Report); Dispose of construction and equipment waste (oil, filters, metal scrap, etc.) at authorized locations; Inspect fire extinguishers and conduct fire safety checklists; train, monitor, implement, and maintain selective waste collection; Advise Supervision/Construction Management on compliance with safety regulations and laws; Keep documents under your responsibility up to date, suggest revisions, and work according to plan; Contribute suggestions for developing procedures, work instructions, and other documents for the Quality Management System (QMS); Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, equipment, and tools; Remain vigilant regarding safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by management.
