Job Summary: This role involves identifying issues, collecting data, analyzing alternatives, and implementing effective solutions as a Systems Support Analyst. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability and logical reasoning for problem solving **Systems Support Analyst (via chat and phone)** Hybrid Work \- Belo Horizonte/MG · **Prior experience** in software companies serving grocery retail or in supermarket IT departments. · **Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems**: ECF, SITEF, and cashier operations (from registration to payment). · **Familiarity with equipment**, including barcode scanners, fiscal printers, scales, pinpads, cash drawers, and workstations. · **Proficiency in the SGLinx system**, including inventory control, purchasing, master data management, electronic invoices (NF-e), and managerial reporting. · **Knowledge of SITEF**: system operation, integration with POS, and troubleshooting transactions and equipment. · **Logical reasoning and analytical capability** to solve problems in a structured manner. **Your challenges will include:** · **Identifying issues:** Recognizing patterns and deviations indicating failures or opportunities for improvement. · **Collecting and organizing data:** Gathering relevant information and structuring it clearly and usefully. · **Analyzing alternatives:** Evaluating different approaches and their potential impacts before making decisions. · **Solving problems:** Proposing and implementing effective solutions to identified issues. **Now take a look at our benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy.
