




Job Summary: Professional to work on food preparation and hygiene, following instructions and quality standards, with emphasis on weekend shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, cleanliness, and food safety Weekend shifts Under the cook's supervision, prepare meals by executing dishes according to the menu; May substitute for the cook in their absence; prepare meals by elaborating dishes according to the assigned menu; For weekend shifts, may be responsible for meal preparation; wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and legumes; Select and prepare seasonings and other ingredients; Assist in pre-preparation, preparation, cooking, and tasting of food; Prepare snacks, breakfast, coffee, tea, and juices; Monitor and/or distribute meals and their components at the service counter, ensuring organization and cleanliness; Clean and sanitize the work area; Related duties. Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant; Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling. Ability to work in a team and adhere to quality and food safety standards.
