The Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico is seeking Receptionists (4 hours) for in-person and administrative patient service, examination scheduling, and team support.

Check\-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the third-largest laboratory in the state of Minas Gerais by number of processed examinations—operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis—is seeking Receptionists (4 hours).
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Receive and serve patients in person, either at the advanced counter (ticket kiosk) or at the service counter;
· Perform registrations and data updates in the system, verify medical requisitions, and request authorizations from health insurance providers;
· Schedule examinations (Clinical Analysis, Imaging, or Home Collection), and inform patients about examination preparation (e.g., fasting, collection instructions, timing, etc.) where applicable;
· Prepare cost estimates for examinations for private clients and record those estimates in the system;
· Deliver examination results according to laboratory protocols;
· Support the team with general administrative routines;
· Receive payments, manage cash flow, issue invoices, and report daily received amounts to the finance department;
· Assist in verifying sector cleanliness and notify leadership when maintenance is required;
· Keep your service counter and departmental cabinets organized and clean;
· Provide support to new staff through information sharing, acting as a multiplier and assisting with service delivery;
· Organize, verify, and monitor daily health insurance authorization forms and support leadership in related follow-ups;
· Ensure issuance and release of health plan authorization forms, verifying medical requisitions and eligibility;
· Conduct daily double-verification of service authorization forms;
· Monitor pending service issues as they arise;
· Fulfill other related tasks requested by Leadership as needed.
**Requirements:**

\- Basic computer literacy;
\- Completed high school education (mandatory);
\- Experience in customer service (desirable);
\- Experience as a receptionist in the healthcare sector (desirable; minimum 1 year);
\- Familiarity with health insurance plans and sales-oriented mindset (desirable — considered an advantage);
