




Job Summary: Proactive and attentive service, understanding customer expectations and directing them appropriately, recording information, and managing relationship systems. Key Highlights: 1. Reception system and appointment scheduling management * Contribute to delivering a positive customer experience at the dealership by proactively and attentively welcoming customers, understanding their expectations, and directing them appropriately. * Understand customer needs to provide them with information and/or refer them to the relevant person or department. * Collect and record customer information: name, phone number, email, vehicles of interest, and motivating media channel for continued service and future contact. * Direct customers to the responsible Sales Consultant. * Register data obtained during in-person and telephone interactions in the customer relationship management system. • Create and maintain an appointment schedule, keep it updated, and communicate it to all sales consultants. * Manage the reception system, appointment scheduling, visits, and customer follow-up. • Collaborate synergistically with the CRM team. * Answer incoming telephone calls.
