Centralize and control purchase requests from various departments. Monitor deliveries and conduct follow-up with suppliers. Register and update item, supplier, and fixed asset records in the system. Control and organize registrations, supplier qualification forms, and partner documentation. Place purchase orders for office and consumable materials, addressing both routine and emergency requirements. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Analyst, Logistics Assistant, or Procurement Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
