A professional to work in construction planning and control, developing schedules, monitoring field execution, proposing corrective actions, and with availability for travel.

**FIELD WORK ASSIGNMENT \- AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL TERRITORY IS REQUIRED**
Develop, update, and control construction schedules in MS Project, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines and targets; Monitor field activity execution, identifying schedule deviations, productivity issues, and construction sequence discrepancies; Propose, track, and report corrective actions to site teams and management; Prepare construction progress reports, including physical progress, S-curves, performance indicators, contractual milestones, and completion forecasts; Consolidate field data for managerial reporting to support decision-making; Support planning and control of logistics for materials, equipment, and services; Collaborate integrally with engineering, production, procurement, and contract management; Identify schedule risks and support the definition of mitigation strategies for delays.
**Qualifications**
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or nearing completion);
· Experience in construction planning or related activities;
· Practical knowledge of MS Project and Advanced Excel;
· Power BI experience is desirable;
