We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure production sequencing while adhering to cross-contamination policies and ensuring efficient use of resources (machines, labor, setups, and constraints) * Participate in and support all stages of the S\&OE cycle, actively engaging in Operations and *S\&OE Week* meetings—building sequencing analyses and translating short-term sales plan changes into immediate adjustments * Maintain updated planning parameters (*master data, resources, routings*), constructively challenging and proposing improvements to optimize available resource utilization * Actively collaborate with cross-functional interfaces (PDI, Tolling, Process, and Quality) to mitigate risks and develop new alternative blending options—enhancing scheduling flexibility * Proactively communicate with stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, and Industrial Excellence) to best support the Master Production Schedule (MPS), enabling flexibility for projects, NPIs, and preventive maintenance * Develop and/or monitor strategic KPIs aligned with area and business improvement goals (Plan Adherence, Attainment, Plan Stability) * Comply with all safety, environmental, quality, and product contamination prevention standards and procedures during daily activities by strictly following related protocols **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in Production Control and Planning (PCP) * Experience in industrial environments (preferably chemical/agrochemical) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * ERP SAP knowledge (MM/PP modules) **Desirable Requirements:** * Power BI knowledge * MPS/MRP knowledge * Six Sigma Belt certification * Lean Manufacturing certification **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
