If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team guided by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise activities related to the management and maintenance of the highway right-of-way, ensuring safety, environmental preservation, compliance with legal regulations, and proper use of the area, with a focus on preventing encroachments, infrastructure damage, and negative impacts on traffic and highway operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Right-of-Way Management: Supervise monitoring, control, and maintenance activities for highway right-of-way sections, ensuring they meet safety, legal, and operational standards, in accordance with ANTT, DNIT, and other regulatory agency requirements; * Encroachment and Unauthorized Use Prevention: Implement measures to prevent encroachments and unauthorized use of the right-of-way, including access control and enforcement activities such as removal of obstacles and unauthorized objects from the area; * Green Area Maintenance and Cleaning: Coordinate maintenance of green areas and cleaning of the right-of-way, including gardening, mowing, tree pruning, and vegetation control that may compromise road safety or signage and communication systems; * Construction and Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate construction projects for right-of-way expansion, maintenance, or adaptation—such as fencing, retaining walls, signage, drainage systems, among others—ensuring activities comply with technical standards and established deadlines; * Licensing and Authorization Management: Coordinate and monitor licensing and authorization processes for interventions within the right-of-way—including wildlife crossings, public utility installations, or ground interventions—ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements; * Safety and Accident Prevention: Implement safety measures to preserve the right-of-way and protect highway users, including appropriate signage, risk-area monitoring, and preventive actions to avoid accidents related to unauthorized use of the area; * Community and Authority Engagement: Serve as the liaison point with local communities, public agencies, concessionaires, and other stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising on right-of-way usage, and seeking solutions to conflicts or issues related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields; Experience supervising highway maintenance or right-of-way management, preferably in highway concession companies or the public sector; Experience managing teams and executing road infrastructure projects is a plus; Knowledge of regulations and standards related to the right-of-way, including ANTT and DNIT requirements, as well as state and municipal legislation on land use and occupation; Budget and cost management skills for right-of-way maintenance; Knowledge of environmental preservation techniques and green area management; Experience in planning and implementing road safety and right-of-way-related accident prevention initiatives. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company regime). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way-262 Concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway traverses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The Eastern MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 segment under concession runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment spans from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
