Job Summary: Support marketing actions and strategies, contributing to institutional communication, promotion, and brand strengthening, with a focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Support in designing graphic assets using design tools Provide support for the company's marketing actions and strategies, contributing to institutional communication, product/service promotion, and brand strengthening, with a focus on results and alignment with strategic planning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of advertising and promotional campaigns. * Produce and review copy for social media, graphic materials, marketing emails, and internal announcements. * Manage and update content on social media, the company website, and other digital platforms. * Support the development of graphic assets using design tools (Adobe Illustrator, etc.). * Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and internal campaigns. * Monitor campaign metrics and results, preparing performance reports. * Provide support to internal departments in producing communication materials. * Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients upon request. * Maintain an updated and organized marketing image and file repository. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields is preferred, either in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. * Strong written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Flexible availability. **Desirable Requirements:** * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Illustrator (intermediate level). * Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Familiarity with Meta platform (Facebook Business/Instagram Ads). * Basic knowledge of photography and video editing. * Experience in social media management and metric analysis. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity and initiative. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Results orientation.
