Key responsibilities:* Monitor delivery service levels by verifying adherence to established deadlines, tracking performance reports, comparing timelines, and identifying deviations—ensuring timeliness and quality in deliveries; * Configure safety stock levels using management tools and systems, adjusting parameters based on historical consumption and demand data—to maintain adequate replenishment and prevent stockouts; * Configure the inventory management system, adjusting settings according to demand, consumption patterns, and current stock levels—to optimize inventory control and ensure data accuracy; * Forecast procurement and replenishment demand by analyzing historical data, consumption trends, and system indicators—to accurately anticipate inventory needs and meet future demand; * Monitor overdue orders using internal systems and tracking reports, engaging suppliers and responsible departments—to minimize operational impact and ensure deadline compliance; * Identify inventory impacts by analyzing inventory control reports and checking inconsistencies in replenishment levels, notifying the commercial area—to correct failures and maintain inventory balance; * Monitor collaborative suppliers (CPFR), tracking delivery timelines, volumes, and processes via systems and regular communication—to ensure agreement compliance and continuous replenishment; * Monitor the procurement and replenishment schedule, verifying delivery timelines, analyzing reports, and escalating to supervisors in case of deviations—to ensure planning adherence and avoid shortages or overstocking; * Schedule incoming goods, analyzing delivery timelines and coordinating with suppliers—to ensure appropriate restocking and prevent replenishment delays; * Monitor excess inventory by analyzing reports, identifying root causes, and engaging responsible departments—to ensure appropriate actions in cases of high or excessive stock; * Conduct supply chain data analysis, collecting performance information and utilizing BI tools—to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Develop operational models and metrics, structuring performance indicators and comparative analyses—to evaluate process efficiency and propose necessary adjustments; * Propose and implement continuous improvement strategies by identifying process bottlenecks, suggesting solutions, and monitoring execution—to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs; * Contribute to developing and executing the supply chain strategic plan by participating in analyses and identifying operational improvements—to align processes with organizational goals; * Provide technical support to the team by sharing specialized knowledge in data analysis and supply chain strategies—to assist decision-making and optimize supply chain processes.
