Job Summary: We are seeking a salesperson with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, identify their needs, and ensure satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. You will help identify customer needs, present solutions, and ensure customers leave satisfied. Responsibilities include: Greeting and directing customers; Providing accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services); Answering customer questions about specific products/services; Performing price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions; Conducting cross-selling/product sales; Ensuring shelves are fully stocked; Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace; Providing customer feedback to the store manager; Staying updated on new products/services; In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service; Requirements: Understanding of the sales process; Basic math skills; Additionally, the candidate must be responsible, dynamic, value good interpersonal relationships and teamwork, have ambition and enjoy selling, and demonstrate determination and dedication.
