**Workplace:** Day Hospital – PA Day Hospital – Pharmacy PA Day Hospital **Schedule:** 6x1 (with rotation between Saturday and Sunday) **Working Hours:** from **5:00 PM to 11:30 PM** **Break:** as per working hours / current legislation **Salary:** R$ **1.864,72** **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person customer service; * Guide patients and their companions; * Organize patient flow and waiting lines; * Support the pharmacy and unit teams; * Answer phone calls and provide basic information; * Maintain organization and professional conduct. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in hospital reception (preferred); * Strong communication skills, agility, and courtesy.
