Multidisciplinary approach focused on results and accountability **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you focus on organization, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and results-oriented while assuming responsibility for deliverables, learn more about our **Operator II** position. **Important job information:** * Work location: Ponte Unit (Residence in Uberaba or Ponte Alta required) * Working hours: Rotating shifts of 6x1, 6x2, or 6x3 * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Operate the coke system following company-established procedures, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity; * Perform frequent cleaning of the production area using manual tools to extend equipment service life; * Collect, package, and forward samples to the laboratory for analysis; * Conduct visual inspections of unit equipment and request maintenance when necessary; * Report unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor that may impact people, equipment, or facilities; * Carry out activities related to the department as required internally and per manager guidance, potentially working occasionally at other locations; * Plan and execute tasks with technical support when needed, demonstrating proficiency across most processes and equipment in the area; * Support less technically experienced colleagues in complex tasks, contributing to team development; * Collaborate with more experienced professionals to absorb knowledge for personal growth. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Education: Completed high school.
