Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements before supervisory authorities; serving as the responsible party before ANVISA and Sanitary Surveillance for movements of specially controlled medications; managing SEMC (Controlled Medication Recordkeeping System) and SNGPC (National Controlled Products Management System); * Attending to customers, administering injectables; providing pharmaceutical counseling and attention, dispensing medications; verifying expiration dates of medications in stock and in sales areas; * Verifying and ensuring other employees verify all other products; * Inspecting and maintaining the psychotropic drugs cabinet orderly and clean; * Organizing and maintaining the injection room clean and compliant with current legal standards, including performing daily temperature checks; * Developing and keeping the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updated; * Guiding and training staff on medication dispensing, prescription review, and compliance with current legislation governing medication sales; * Contributing to store performance goals by executing activities within the pharmacy department, such as attending customers, identifying their needs, reviewing medical prescriptions, presenting products to consumers, providing usage information, and offering similar or generic products per current legislation—aiming to attract customers, ensure their satisfaction, and achieve pre-established targets; and * Performing other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) registration; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment * Customer satisfaction focus * Ethics and adherence to current legislation. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Tuition assistance * Birthday day off Rede Drogão Super has a solid and recognized trajectory in the pharmaceutical retail sector.
