Development of commercial strategies The Pharmaceutical Store Manager oversees the entire store operation, including compliance with standards and procedures, sales management, inventory management, customer service, daily financial transactions, monitoring of sales and margin indicators, development of commercial strategies, people management, and team training and development, among other responsibilities. **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration in Minas Gerais state **OTHER INFORMATION:** * Availability to work flexible hours and reside in Uberaba/MG * Experience in team management and pharmaceutical retail sector.
